Booster Meeting Tuesday Night
Here's a message from Valerie Linn regarding the booster meeting this week:

Reminder: Band Booster Meeting - Tuesday, November 10 (Tomorrow)
(New location!) Alachua County Public Library Headquarters in the Foundation Room, up the stairs on 2nd floor, on the left

IMPORTANT
The 2nd payment of Fair Share (minimum) $30.00 is also due by November 10 - You may make a check out to EHS Band Boosters and place in locked box in Band Room at any time.
Be sure to note the name of the student whose account will need to be credited.
We have several fundraisers, that will help credit Fair Share accounts, coming up soon. Don't miss out on these opportunities.
1. Gift Wrapping at Super Walmart
Friday, November 27 - Coordinator - Robin McClellon
Saturday, Dec 5 - Coordinator - Marina Mann
Saturday, Dec 12 - Coordinator - Marina Mann
The Gift-Wrapping Fundraisers are in 3-hour shifts*
10 am - I:00 p.m.
1 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
However, volunteers should arrive 1/2 hour prior to shift in morning and remain 1/2 hour at end of last shift to help set up and clean up respectively. ( * if Coordinator & volunteers would like to extend number of shifts that can be arranged)
Donations Needed - Tape, Wrapping Paper, Ribbon, - Please drop by band room at zero period
- Portable Table ( rectangular), 2 chairs - Bring to gift-wrapping fuindraiser location at Walmart
